Abstract This Regional Law establishes legal basis for economic policy promoted by state bodies in the sphere of agro-industrial production. State regulation shall be applicable to manufacturing, processing and trade of agricultural commodities, alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs, and also to technical maintenance and provision with equipment of agricultural production.
