Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations in the field of conservation and rational management of hunting resources and hunting grounds, the creation of hunting infrastructure and the provision of services in this field. It delimits plenary powers of regional state bodies in the field of hunting and conservation of hunting resources. For the purpose of planning in the field of hunting and preservation of hunting resources, territorial hunting management and on-farm hunting management are carried out. Territorial hunting management is aimed at ensuring the rational use and conservation of hunting resources and the implementation of activities in the field of hunting. The document of territorial hunting management is the layout of distribution, management and protection of hunting grounds. The scheme for the placement, management and protection of hunting grounds defines the objectives of planning in the field of hunting and conservation of hunting resources, as well as measures for organizing the rational management of hunting grounds and hunting resources. A map with the designation of the boundaries of hunting grounds and zones of the planned creation of hunting grounds is attached to the scheme for the placement, management and protection of hunting areas. This Regional Law establishes maximum allowable rates (quotas) of game and sets forth standards for acceptance rate of hunting grounds. Hunting permit shall be issued to natural persons with civil capacity by the authorized regional state body. Hunting permits shall be distributed among natural persons within established rates of quotas and acceptance capacity of hunting grounds.
