Abstract This Regional Law establishes the modalities of acknowledgement of territories as healthcare areas and spas, and financial arrangements for the development thereof. Healthcare area of regional or local significance shall be considered protected area wit available natural healthcare resources suitable for cure of the population and prevention of diseases, and also destined for the recreation of the population. Territory shall be acknowledged as healthcare area or spa by decision of the regional Cabinet of Ministers by agreement with federal executive bodies. Full text Russian Website docs.cntd.ru
