Abstract This Regional Law determines directions and forms of state support of agricultural production. State support shall be intended as a set of measures of economic and financial stimulation of agriculture. State support shall be granted to the following sectors: (a) stockbreeding; (b) plant production; (c) conservation and improvement of soil fertility; and (c) veterinary. Subjects of state support shall be producers of agricultural commodities registered on the regional territory: (a) agricultural producers; (b) subsistence farmers; (c) non-governmental entities of agricultural producers; and (d) non-commercial organizations of gardening and horticulture. State support shall be granted in the following forms: (a) preferential terms of taxation; (b) budgetary credits; and (c) subsidies. Full text Russian Website regzakon.fpa.su
