This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law delimits plenary powers between regional executive bodies in relation to subsoil management with a view of extraction of widespread minerals. Regional Government shall establishes modalities, terms and conditions for issuance and renewal of mining licences related to widespread mineral deposits, prospecting and exploration of mineral deposits.
