Abstract Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Assembly shall have the authority to apply restrictions on the use of petroleum products and other fuel, the combustion of which leads to atmospheric air pollution in the respective territory, as well as encouraging the production of ecologically safe fuels and other energy carriers.” Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs that are owners or in possession on other legal grounds, of facilities used for entrepreneurial activity heated by autonomous heat supply sources, in the presence of technological connection to the heat supply system of a settlement or urban district shall be prohibited to use solid fuels (coal, lignite, firewood) in autonomous heat supply sources during the period from September 15 till May 15 of the calendar year.” Full text Russian Website publication.pravo.gov.ru References - Legislation Amends Regional Law No. 1993-IV “On protection of the atmospheric air”.
