This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes criteria for distribution and installation of apiaries with a view of protection of public health. Apiaries must be placed at a distance of no less than 250 metres from residential areas and at a distance non less than 20 metres from housing facilities of neighbouring land tenants. Apiary must be surrounded by solid fence 2 metres high. Article 4 establishes formula for calculation of the number of bee families that can be owned by a single natural and legal person.
