Abstract This Regional Law establishes that citizens shall be granted the right to timber extraction for heating, construction and other individual personal needs in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species. Citizens must submit application to the authorized regional state forestry institution specifying full name, address, personal identification data of the applicant, name of forest district (forest park) intended for timber extraction, the purpose of and amount of timber extraction.
