This Regional Law enters into force on 1 January 2009.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of provision of full-rate nutrition to pregnant and breastfeeding women, and also to children until three years of age through special nutrition points in accordance with doctor’s opinion. The aforesaid doctor’s opinion shall be issued to pregnant women upon completion of 20 week pregnancy period by the public healthcare institutions and to breastfeeding women, and to legal representatives of children under three years of age. Nutrition shall be provided beginning from the month of the application date. Provision of full-rate nutrition shall be performed in the form of supply of multipack of foodstuffs.
