This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes that Regional Government shall be responsible for validation of tariffs for water supply and sewerage (effluent waste water discharge), conclusion of public contracts for regulated activities in the sphere of water supply and sewerage, organization of water supply of the population, validation of the regional water supply and sewerage scheme, and inventory of water supply and sewerage systems.
