Abstract The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure radiation safety of the population with a view of protection of public health. Arrangements for ensuring radiation safety of the population shall include complex measure of legal, organizational, engineering and technical, sanitary and hygienic, medical preventive and educational character. Regional administration shall set forth limits for exposure to radiation and shall inform the population of radiation levels and arrangements for ensuring radiation safety of the population.
