Abstract This Regional Law imposes restrictions on retail trade and vending of energizing drinks with a view of protection of public health, rights and legal interests of the regional population. Retail trade and vending of energizing drinks with low alcohol content shall be prohibited on the regional territory. Vending of non-alcoholic energizing beverages shall be prohibited in the following cases: (a) to the persons underage; (b) inside educational, healthcare and sanitary institutions; (c) at sport, recreational and physical training facilities; and (d) in places of conduct of cultural and mass events with the participation or presence of teen-agers and the youth.
