Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations dealing with hunting management. Hunting permit shall be issued to natural persons by the authorized state institution in the sphere of hunting management and it shall be subject to compulsory registration within a month from the date of issuance (art. 9). Hunting quotas and hunting limits shall be validated by the governor by 1 August of the current year and shall be valid until 1 August of the following year (art. 10). Hunting quotas for red deer, roe deer and elk shall be coordinated with the authorized competent federal institution, specifying sex, age of the aforesaid animals and quotas set for each hunting ground (art. 10). Types of authorized hunting shall be established in accordance with acting hunting rules and regulations (art. 11).
