Abstract This Regional Law imposes restrictions on retail trade and vending of energizing drinks with a view of protection of public health, rights and legal interests of the city population. Retail trade and vending of energizing drinks with low alcohol content (to the maximum amount of 9 percent) shall be prohibited on the territory of the city of Moscow.
