Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations originating between citizens and legal persons recognized by this Law as producers of agricultural commodities, enterprises carrying out processing, storage and transport of agricultural and food products, and also between other natural persons, legal persons and state bodies in the sphere of agricultural development. The main objectives of the regional agricultural policy shall be: (a) raising competition capacity of agricultural commodities; (b) ensuring sustainable agricultural development; (c) promotion of trade of agricultural commodities on the regional territory; and (d) conservation of soil fertility of agricultural land.
