Abstract This Regional Law establishes modalities and rates of timber extraction by citizens for individual personal needs and, in particular, fuelwood for heating, construction and repairs of residential facilities, and other individual personal needs. Timber extraction and collection and harvesting of non-timber forest products shall be performed in accordance with purchase and trade contract of forest species. Felling shall be performed in accordance with the modalities envisaged by acting legislation.
