Abstract This Regional Law establishes the modalities of operation and plenary powers of regional state bodies in the sphere of management, conservation, protection and reproduction of forest plantations on public agricultural land. The aforesaid forest plantations shall function as protection forest with a view of soil protection and conservation of soil fertility.
