Abstract The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population and to protect public health. It establishes that authorized state bodies (local government) in the sphere of public health protection shall inform the population of unfavourable factors that can have negative impact on public health, state of environment, nutritional norms and quality and safety of foodstuffs.
