Abstract This Regional Law establishes the modalities of organization and functioning of collection and shipping point for timber, and establishes the requirements for acceptance, registration and transportation of timber. Incoming, processing and shipping timber shall be subject to compulsory registration and shall be recorded in registration log. Accounting documents at timber collection and processing points shall be: (a) acceptance certificates; (b) acts of acceptance of autonomously extracted timber; (c) book of records of acceptance and delivery certificates; (d) book of accounting for acts of acceptance of autonomously extracted timber; (e) book of account of received timber; and (f) book of registration of supplied timber and (or) products of timber processing. Acceptance of timber at timber collection and processing sites shall be performed in batches with the indication of volume, species composition ad assortment of timber.
