Regional Law No. 101-ZO “On exceptional cases of timber extraction for public and municipal needs, and of fir trees (spruce) and other coniferous forest species for New Year festivities, in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species”.

This Regional Law establishes exceptional cases of timber, including fir trees (spruce and other coniferous forest species) for New Year festivities, in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species for public and municipal needs. Exceptional cases shall be considered: (a) timber extraction for the repairs and reconstruction of residential and non-residential public facilities and public edifices damaged by natural and technological disasters; and (c) timber extraction for procurement of fir trees (spruces) and other coniferous forest species for New Year festivities in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species without allotment of forest parcels in the period from 1 November to 31 December.
