Abstract This Regional Law establishes legal grounds for production, procurement, processing, storage, trade and use of seeds of crops. It shall be applicable to seeds of plant varieties recorded in the State Register of Selection Achievements authorized for management and planting on the regional territory. Planting and sowing of seeds, contaminated or infected with pests or quarantine organisms, for plant or seed production shall be prohibited.
