Abstract This Regional Law sets standards for the provision of food, clothing, footwear and soft and hard equipment for students with disabilities (Annex 1). Provision of students with limited health capacities under educational programs of primary general, basic general, secondary general education of regional state general educational organizations, not residing in boarding schools of the aforesaid organizations, and also students with limited health capacities of regional state professional educational organizations, mastering educational programs of secondary professional education on a full-time basis, programs of professional vocational training programs of the aforesaid organizations, with free two meals a day (hot breakfast and hot lunch) shall be provided on the basis of 65 per cent of the nutrition standards established in Annex 1. Provision of free nutrition shall be based upon the distribution of calories between meals determined by the sanitary and epidemiological requirements in relation to the regime of stay of this category of trainees in these organizations, on nutrition standards established by the Annex 1.
