Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of institution and keeping regional Red Book of rare, protected and endangered wild fauna and wild flora species with a view of conservation of biological diversity. It establishes that Red Book shall be considered official document containing data on rare, endangered and protected wild fauna and wild flora species, including mushrooms, kept and regularly updated, and shall contain the list of the necessary arrangements for reproduction of the aforesaid species.
