Abstract This Regional Law shall be applicable to common minerals of local significance. Local self-government shall be authorized to issue mining authorization for common minerals, exercise supervision over subsoil management and protection and apply law enforcement in the sphere of subsoil management. Mining authorization must contain the following data: (a) data related to subsoil manager; (b) purposeful use of subsoil plot; (c) information of quality and quantity of mineral deposits; (d) authorized extraction limits; (e) rates of payment for use of minerals; and (f) conditions of suspension, renewal and stopping before expiry date of mining authorization.
