Abstract This Regional Law regulates proceedings and establishes criteria for allotment of public land for purposes not related to construction, including examination for applications for land allotment. Proceedings for public land allotment shall include the following stages: (a) preparation of land mapping, delimitation of boundaries of land plot on site and determination of authorized land tenure and purposeful uses of land; (b) state cadastre registration; (c) publication of information on land plots that shall be allotted to natural and legal persons; (d) auction sale of land plot or of the right to conclude land lease contract; and (e) signing protocol on the outcome of sale of land plot.
