Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation, management and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage. Relations in the sphere of conservation and protection of the objects of cultural heritage related to land tenure shall be regulated by federal and regional land and environmental protection legislation. Areas of landscape architecture, recreational forests and forest parks can be classified as objects of cultural heritage. Objects of cultural heritage shall be subject to compulsory state registration. Environmental objects of universal value, located on the regional territory, can be proclaimed object of world cultural and environmental heritage.
