Abstract Rates of payment for standing timber shall be established by regional law or determined by the outcome of forest tenders and cannot be lower than minimum rates of payment for standing timber fixed by the Government of the Russian Federation. Rates of allotment of standing timber for individual personal needs of citizens exonerated by legislation from payment of fees for the use of forest fund shall be established by the Regional Government.
