Abstract Dendrological park to the park “Green Grove” shall be classified as protected area of regional significance formed for an unlimited period of time without expropriation of land plots from tenants, owners and managers of land. Dendrological park is a specially protected natural area was created with the view of preserving unique objects of natural and artificial origin. The objectives of the dendrological park shall be as follows: (a) study of the interaction of aboriginal flora and introduced species; (b) development of dendrological methods for optimizing the technogenic environment; (c) preservation of cultural and historical sites; (d) recreational activity; (e) environmental monitoring; (f) study and application of advanced domestic and foreign experience in dendrology; (g) development of scientific, informational and cultural cooperation with dendrological parks and botanical gardens in Russia and foreign countries, other organizations, enterprises and institutions in accordance with the goals and objectives of dendrological parks. The following activities shall be prohibited on the territory of dendrological park: (a) activities that contradict the goals of creating a dendrological park; (b) building and construction; (c) any work disturbing soil and vegetation cover; (d) disposal of waste, including hazardous waste; (e) exploration, mining blasting and drilling operations; (f) off-road travel and parking of all types of motor vehicles, with the exception of vehicles of the authorized regional executive body in the field of environmental protection, protection of wildlife and their habitat; (g) soil pollution; (h) effluent waste water discharge and littering of the territory; (i) felling and timber extraction, except for sanitary felling; (g) burning of vegetation; (h) introduction of alien species; (i) hunting (capture) of rare and endangered wild fauna species; (j) destruction (disruption) of inhabited or regularly used nests, burrows, dens, shelters, dwellings and other structures of wild fauna species used for reproduction; (k) stay with unleashed dogs; (l) collection of botanical collections, non-timber forest resources, including alimentary resources; and (m) agricultural activities.
