This Regional Decree enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

State nature zoological reserve “Tikhoretsky” shall be classified as protected area of regional significance with the purpose of conservation, restoration and reproduction of wild fauna species, primarily game, rare, protected and endangered wild fauna species, migratory routes and maintenance of ecological balance of the territory. The reserve is formed for unlimited period of time, without expropriation of land plots from tenants, owners and managers of land. The following tasks are set for the reserve: (a) conservation and reproduction of wild fauna species; (b) conservation of the habitat wild fauna species as a necessary condition for their existence and reproduction; (c) conservation of valuable natural complexes and natural objects located on the territory of the reserve; (d) maintaining the necessary ecological balance and stability of the functioning of ecosystems; (e) creation of favorable conditions for the habitation of protected wild fauna species; and (f) assistance to research organizations in conducting research work, taking into account the special protection regime of the territory of the reserve, the implementation of environmental monitoring. The following activities shall be prohibited on the territory of the reserve: (a) all types of hunting; (b) stay with firearms and hunting gear; (c) collection of eggs of wild birds; (d) use of endangered and protected wild fauna and wild flora species; (e) destruction or damage of reproductive and protective areas (nests, hollows, burrows and other habitats and shelters) of wild fauna species; (f) collection of zoological, botanical, mineralogical and paleontological collections; (g) creation of facilities for placement and storage of fertilizers and pesticides; (h) burning of vegetation; (i) destruction or damage of barriers, notices, stands and other information signs; (k) littering of the territory; (l) discharge of untreated waste water; and (m) introduction of alien species.
