Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to fishing permits. In particular, article 1 establishes that all fishing activities need a permit. The text consists of 14 articles as follows: Obligation of fishing permit (1); Fishing permit for the young (2); Duration of validity, fishing charge (3); Fishing examination (4); Refusal to issue fishing permit (5); Withdrawal and sequestration (6); Fishing fees (7); Fishing charge (8); Validity of old fishing permits (9); Acceptance (10); Penalties (13); Entry into force; repeal (14).
