It is constituted of a poor-herb-fescue-feather grass steppe with a large abundance tulip Gesner. It is extremely important for the conservation of landscape and biological diversity. The following activities shall be prohibited: (a) construction, laying of roads, pipelines and other communications, plowing the territory; (b) haymaking, grazing and organizing of cattle drive; (c) unauthorized mining; (d) organization of dumps and littering of the territory; (e) driving outside existing field roads except for special equipment; and (f) other types of economic activities and nature management, hindering the conservation, restoration and reproduction of natural complexes and their components.
