Abstract Regional Council of Ministers decrees to validate Hunting Regulation. Wild animals and birds inhabiting in state of natural freedom and representing the objects of hunting pertain to the state hunting stock. Hunting areas are the plots of land and forest land, as well as water reservoirs serving as natural habitats for wild animals and birds that can be used for the purpose of hunting. The modalities of hunting in natural reserves and green zones must be determined by the respective Regulations. Citizens from the 18 years of age and over have the right to hunt with the use of firearms. All citizens, those are members of hunting and fishing associations that have passed hunting examination and paid hunting fees, can obtain hunting authorization with the use of firearms, other hunting gear, gun-dogs and hunting birds. Hunting authorization for artisan and sporting hunting can be conceded also to foreigners in cases envisaged by legislation currently in force. Section I lay down general provisions. Section II gives the list of prohibited hunting gear and hunting methods. Section III regards hunting with gun-dogs. Section IV regards hunting of wild hoofed animals. Annex 2 contains the list of hunting reserves pertaining to the Regional hunting and fishing association. Annex 3 contains the list of hunting and production areas and hunting reserves pertaining to State hunting inspection attached to the Regional Council of Ministers. Annex 4 contains the scale of civic legal actions undertaken against organizations and citizens for the purpose of the compensation of damage caused to state hunting resources. Annex 5 contains extract of hunting fees for the calculation of damage caused by illegal procurement or annihilation of protected animals recorded in the Red Book of the Russian Federation. Annex 6 contains the list of species subject to hunting inhabiting regional territory. Annex 7 contains the list of fur animals inhabiting the regional territory. Annex 8 contains the list of precious fur animals whose skin is subject to compulsory return to procurement organizations. Annex 9 contains the list of song-birds populating regional territory and authorized for capture and keeping by mass amateurs. Annex 10 lists the principal articles of the Administrative Code of which every hunter must be informed.
