Nature monument has scientific, educational and aesthetic value. Authorized uses of the territory of nature monument: (a) fire-fighting, sanitary and rehabilitation and other preventive measures required to ensure fire safety and maintenance of sanitary properties of the territory; (b) performance by owners, possessors and tenants of land plots falling within the boundaries of a natural monument, of economic activity that does not lead to a violation of the conditions of wild fauna and wild flora species and the disappearance of rare and protected species; (c) scientific research, including environmental monitoring; and (d) organization of environmental education events (holding educational excursions, organization and arrangement of ecological educational and excursion trails).
