Abstract

This Procedure determines the amount and the modalities for granting subsidies to agricultural consumer cooperatives for reimbursement of part of the costs associated with the purchase of livestock products (milk, pork and beef) from citizens performing smallholding and establishes the procedure for granting subsidies, including the procedure for selecting recipients of subsidies, terms and conditions for granting subsidies, reporting requirements, requirements for control (monitoring) of compliance with the conditions and procedure for granting subsidies and responsibility for their violation. Subsidies are provided by the results of the selection of recipients of subsidies, conducted by the method of request for applications. Subsidies are provided to selection participants who have concluded a contract. Subsidies are provided to recipients of the subsidy subject to the following conditions: (a) inclusion in the register of subjects of the regional agro-industrial complex; (b) the conclusion and implementation of a contract on cooperation; (c) the purchase of livestock products (milk, pork meat and meat of cattle) from smallholders; and (d) the absence of cases of bringing the recipient of the subsidy to responsibility for non-compliance with the ban on burning dry grassy vegetation, stubble, crop residues (except for rice straw) on agricultural land.
