Areas populated by wild fauna species subject to hunting shall form state fund of hunting grounds. Hunting shall be carried in accordance with long-term hunting licence and nominal once-only licence. Hunters must observe hunting seasons, rates of game and boundaries of hunting grounds. Hunter must inform state hunting inspection of ringed animals and birds shot thereby. Hunting with the authorized hunting gear, hunting dogs and birds can be carried out by all hunters in possession of hunting permit. Full text Russian Website www.doopt.ru
