Abstract

This Regional Decree establishes that wild animals and birds living in state of natural freedom on the regional territory and subject to hunting, including those bred in semi-captive conditions and released to hunting grounds with a view of enriching wild fauna, shall be state property and shall form state hunting fund. Areas populated by wild fauna species subject to hunting shall form state fund of hunting grounds. Hunting shall be carried in accordance with long-term hunting licence and nominal once-only licence. Hunters must observe hunting seasons, rates of game and boundaries of hunting grounds. Hunter must inform state hunting inspection of ringed animals and birds shot thereby. Hunting with the authorized hunting gear, hunting dogs and birds can be carried out by all hunters in possession of hunting permit.
