Regional state nature reserve “Deguninsky” shall perform the following tasks: (a) conservation and monitoring of natural environment; (b) protection of habitats of wild fauna species; (c) scientific research; (d) ecological education; and (e) registration of planted species. The following activities shall be prohibited: (a) any damage to wild flora and wild fauna species; (b) construction; (c) felling in the period from 1 April to 31 July; (d) gardening, horticulture and smallholding; (e) burning of vegetation; and (f) collection of wild flora species.
