Abstract

This Regional Decree validates nutritional standards for recipients in social service organizations under the regional jurisdiction. In particular: (a) nutritional standards for elderly and disabled citizens in the organizations of stationary social services under the regional jurisdiction (grams (gross) per day per recipient of social services) (Annex 1); (b) nutritional standards for children and adolescents in social service organizations for mentally retarded children, for children with physical disabilities under the regional jurisdiction, providing stationary social services (grams (gross) per day per recipient of social services) (Annex 2); (c) nutritional standards for children and adolescents in social service organizations for children and adolescents, social rehabilitation centers for minors under the regional jurisdiction, providing in-patient social services (social refuges) (grams (gross) per day per recipient of social services) (Annex 3); (d) nutritional standards in the units of assistance to women in difficult life situations, organizations of social service for family and children under the regional jurisdiction (Annex 4). It establishes that allowable (possible) deviations from the established nutritional standards, within which nutritional standards are considered to be met, are 10%, provided that 100% of the protein, fat and carbohydrate content requirements are met.
