Abstract This Regional Decree sets forth common principles of organization and performance of pedigree stockbreeding in all branches of pedigree stockbreeding, including poultry breeding, captive breeding of wild fauna species and apiculture. This Regional Decree regulates organization and performance of state supervision in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding. State supervision shall be intended the activity of the Department of Agro-industrial Complex aimed at prevention, identification and suppression of violations by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs of legislative requirements in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding by means of inspection and checking and mitigation of the consequences of identified offences. The scope of inspection and checking shall be verification of compliance with acting legislative provisions related to pedigree stockbreeding. State supervision in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding shall be performed by the official of the authorized state body.
