Hunting grounds shall be classified as follows: (a) hunting grounds conceded to legal persons for long-term management in accordance with long-term state licences; (b) hunting grounds of common management that form state reserve fund; and (c) prohibited hunting areas – protected areas (reserves, nature monuments, sanctuaries and green belts). Hunting shall be classified as: (a) commercial; (b) artisanal and sport; and (c) scientific, cultural and economic. Documents attesting the right to hunting shall be: (a) hunting card; and (b) nominal once-only hunting permit. Capture and captive breeding of wild animals without special authorization by the authorized state wildlife institution shall be prohibited.
