Entry into force notes: This Regional Decree enters into force on the date of its official publication.

Abstract: This Regional Decree sets forth the modalities of organization and functioning of the regional territorial subsystem of the unified state system of the prevention of disasters and mitigation of the consequences thereof. The scope of the aforesaid subsystem shall be protection of the population and territory against disasters, including safety of human life in waterbodies and fire safety provisions on the regional territory. Subsystem shall be operative at regional, municipal and site levels. Subsystem shall be provided and equipped with early warning system.
