This Regional Decree enters into force ten days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Order establishes that on state nature reserve of regional significance “Krasnaya Gorka” shall be classified as biological (zoological) protected area destined for conservation and reproduction of rare and endangered wild fauna and wild flora species. It shall perform the following tasks: (a) conservation and reproduction of wild fauna species; (b) protection of natural habitats of wild fauna species (c) state registration of the number of wild fauna species; (d) ecological monitoring; (e) scientific research; and (f) ecological education. The following activities shall be prohibited on the territory of state nature reserve: (a) commercial, sport and artisanal hunting; (b) stay with hunting gear and firearms; (c) timber extraction (except for timber extraction by citizens for individual personal needs); (d) exploration of subsoil and mining, including soil disturbance; (e) land reclamation and irrigation; (f) collection of zoological, botanical, mineral species; (g) burning of vegetation; (h) explosive works; and (i) ploughing up.
