Abstract This Regional Decree establishes the procedure for hunting, lists authorized hunting gear and hunting methods, envisages issuance of hunting licenses (hunting permits) and lists wild fauna species authorized for hunting on the regional territory. Upon receipt of hunting permit (nominal one-time license) for the right of hunting, the hunter is obliged to clarify the boundaries of the hunting area for which a nominal one-time license is issued, and shall be liable for their violation.
