Abstract

Protected area of regional significance tourism and recreational area “Efimov kordon” is constituted with a view of conservation of the natural-anthropogenic complex, consisting of a museum-reserve named after E.V. Chestnyakova, the house of the artist, the adjacent territory and the spring "Efimov Key", which has a high potential for its use for tourism and cultural purposes. It performs the following tasks: (a) preservation of the biocenosis of the territory adjacent to the building of the museum-reserve named after E.V.Chestnyakova; (b) maintaining the normative sanitary and hygienic state of the spring "Efimov cordon"; and (c) cultural and spiritual education of the population. Protected area of regional significance tourism and recreational area “Efimov kordon” is constituted without land expropriation and without modification of land category. The objects of special protection on the territory of the protected area of the tourist and recreational area "Efimov cordon" are: (a) plant communities of natural and artificial origin; (b) spring emergence; and (c) natural-anthropogenic complex, which is of cultural and spiritual value for education of the population. On the territory of the protected area of the tourist and recreational area "Efimov cordon" are prohibited the following activities: (a) clear felling, tapping of forest plantations; (b) movement and parking of vehicles in places not designated for these purposes; (c) burial of industrial and household waste; (d) plowing land and transfer of land for collective and individual gardening and horticulture; (e) grazing; and (f) industrial and individual construction, construction of outbuildings not related to the organization and functioning of tourist and recreational areas.
