Abstract This Regional Decree regulates organization and performance of state supervision in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding. State supervision shall be intended the activity of the Regional Ministry of Agriculture aimed at prevention, identification and suppression of violations by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs of legislative requirements in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding by means of inspection and checking, and mitigation of the consequences of identified offences.
