Fishing inspection shall conclude contracts with fishing and hunting associations for allocation of fishing waterbodies thereto. The following shall be prohibited: (a) artisanal and sport hunting/catch of marine animals; (b) use of unauthorized fishing gear; (c) fishing of sturgeon species and protected fish species; (d) use of explosives, electric devices, firearms, air guns (except for those for underwater fishing and hunting), harpooning devices and poisonous substances. Total allowable daily catch for members of fishing and hunting associations shall be 20 kilograms of fish and 25 species of crayfish, for other fishermen it shall be 10 kilograms of fish.
