This Regional Decree enters into force ten days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Decree regulates organization and performance of state supervision in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding. State supervision shall be intended the activity of the Regional Ministry of Agriculture aimed at prevention, identification and suppression of violations by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs of legislative requirements in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding by means of inspection and checking. State supervision shall consist of: (a) inspection of pedigree stock, premises, facilities and areas destined for pedigree stock keeping; and (b) checking of documentation related to pedigree stockbreeding activity. State supervision in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding shall be performed by the official of the authorized state body. In case of identification of offence, the official shall draft a report and issue improvement notice.
