Abstract

This Regional Decree establishes that beginning from 1 January 2019, aquatic biological resources caught during the coastal fisheries, fish and other fish products manufactured therefrom on the fishing vessels, either live, fresh and cooled state, can be transported and landed alive, fresh, cooled and frozen in the sea ports of Russia and other places of landing, determined by the state authorities of coastal regions. In Karelia, the landing sites include Belomorsk, Kerch, Chupa settlement, Rabocheostrovsk settlement, villages Gridino, Kolezhma, Nykhcha, Sukhoi, Virma, Shueretskoe and Pongoma. It has been established that the catches shall be landed without the use of fishing vessels or with the use of small vessels of less than 20 meters in length on the coastal strip of the waterbody, where legal entities and individual entrepreneurs carry out coastal fisheries.
