Land of protected area shall not be expropriated from landowners. The reserve shall be constituted for an unlimited period of time. The objectives of the natural reserve shall be as follows: (a) maintenance of ecological balance; and (b) preservation of plant species growing on the territory of the region only in the basin of “Lake Big Tassor”. The following activities shall be prohibited on the territory of natural reserve: (a) grazing of sheep; (b) haymaking until 15 July; (c) grazing of cattle and horses until 15 July; (d) quarry stone mining; (e) excavations and other earthworks; (f) all types of use of wild fauna species; (g) collection of herbs; (g) burning of last year's grass (fires); (h) allotment of building plots; (i) plowing of land, use of pesticides and mineral fertilizers; (j) carrying out irrigation and drainage works; (k) blasting operations; (l) use of vehicles in the reserve, except for guardianship.
