Quota of catch of precious fish species shall be included in total allowable catch in waterbodies allocated for industrial fisheries and shall not exceed 10% thereof for each species. Once-only nominal fishing licences shall be issues for payment of fees by fishing inspection. Once-only nominal fishing licence shall be non-transferable.
