Abstract

This Regional Decree establishes the competent authorities for enforcing Decree-Law No. 240/90 in the Automomous Region of Madeira. Principles for carrying out controls and granting a quality certificate to vegetable and fruit products shall be regulated by Regional Secretary of Economy.
